Such a pushover MC, no real punishment to the kingdom for yet another attack, 2 if you count the artifact. Poison is poison, whether you are mostly dead or all dead. Why isn’t he demanding reparation, not just punishment? Why doesn’t he tell them that they’ve broken their own contract: even if we let this slide this time, if it happens again for ANY reason he is out of here, all terms null and void? Make it their problem to be responsible, all they are learning is he can be continually pushed.
They seem to be building a harem of women who are essentially eunuchs. That’s a weird aspiration.
