As I stated two chapters back, the Princess dodged a loveless relationship that could easily ended in her poisoning (or beheading) at the hands of an ‘arranged’ husband.
From her point of view, this is a WIN-WIN…she gets her freedom (and gets to keep breathing), and the MC gets a woman who can help him on his path to power.

At least it’s a manga where the MC isn’t afraid of sex. It gets really old in my mind where the MC just becomes a complete freak when the possibility might come up. So at least that is a nice change.

I really, really, really, REALLY hope at some point she tells the mc the truth about her raping him, cause that is the only path for redemption, and I really hate her now.
