His master plan is kinda mid. What prevents Kal from creating a new world without destroying the current one? After all he just wants to recreate people he knew from a backup that is stored in an earth elemental. Sure it would probably take more power then resetting, but it’s not like Kal needs Mad Queen’s and Ket’s power so sacrificing them to achieve what you want seems like a feasible solution.
