Dislike the selective morality of MC though it fits her character. If the comic devoles into pushing this morality as a great ideal, I’m going to drop it.

on a serious note I feel like it’s a societal difference. Their world is full of violence, hatred, plotting, and everything else – murder should be commonplace, and it is. For us, who are at least priviliged enough to have access to the internet and free time to read such stories, we live in an environment where society has mostly overtaken individual wealth. In places which are less fortunate, gangs rule with an iron fist, and are full of faction conflicts just like in this manga.
