I honestly wish Verdan was an assassin mage or learn other types of magic (other than elemental) than just a regular one 
. Because, he could also learn more close-range spells too. Long-range spells can only take him so far in this world (regardless if he can multi-cast) his whole journey for revenge 
. Plus, he needs to mix it up when he is in combat because at this point he’s just spamming certain spells.
