Hmm, so 58 years before MC died/regress. MC has a record so he is not from the future that go back to past, i think. He just regressed to do some changes, but why he have bugged memories and an AI with locked up information in his mind. Well its good that i have something to wait, to know whats the purpose of him going back/regress in the past.
mc is a person from present went to future and come back to present with an AI so he can change the future and meanwhile change the past of the future that he had come to the future before it was changed making these whole thing up until now come back to it begining
MC has likely changed the timeline (but what effect did it do?)

What if it’s like possession ai and memory ingram got sent to present into body of some civilian but that theory sucks cuz of clothes and his body being modificated therefore he was in the future with his body then there is other 2 theories
future is doomed because of some past stuff that would later grow into huge problem and agent was sent to prevent that but at the cost of memory loss
and other theory he got caught in accident in future that would lead to time travel and memory loss but at the same time a time travel that creates alternative time line or a loop ( but the problem with all theories is him having identy in this time which could’ve been another resource sent from future but i doubt that )
