Surely if they know kingdoms that fall become shadow worlds they would have a way for people who come into the shadow world acceas a bunch of stuff like a vault or something? So when a kingdom falls someone is trusted to release the key to the vault to the people going into the shadow world to gain the stuff leftover by the vault like a religious institution or something?
