Ok this one is pretty stupid. The outers getting expanded on from MC’s interference makes sense as their plans were never exposed before, and the outers becoming more powerful such as crow mask being driven to improve thus increasing his circle tier, and skull mask creating more homunculus to combat the situation makes sense too.
But a completely new, second organization that’s even more powerful and secretive? This really was just pulled out of the authors *ss from absolutely nowhere, I really can’t think of a single way to defend this. The author could have skipped ahead and narrated how MCs efforts improved life for the commoners, and the shadow world was prevented and MC saved the vast majority of his friends, the story did not need to go past this, it feels like they’re just milking for content now.

This plot is a never-ending series of Russian nesting dolls where every mastermind has another mastermind behind them.
The only problem i have with this butterfly effect is that its clear there were people super OP, like Desir 1st life companion level heroes.
So WHERE TF WERE THEM AT THE END OF THE 1ST LIFE SHADOW WORLD?
Or was it something like “The World After the Fall” in that they werent the only and last people on earth but actually just within a dream world (shadow world in this case)
So these new enemies probably never existed in Desira 1st life in the shadow world. They were just kicking back in the world while the rest of humanity was placed in the shadow world?
Its all hypothetical. The main point is how did this extremely op group avoid detection on Desir’s 1st life within the shadow world?
I can only assume these enemies never were put into it. Or perhaps they even control that dragon. Idk.
Its definitely a plot hole at the moment. I hope its fleshed out in some reasonable way sometime soon.
