For everyone who’s read up to chapter 69 and still complaining about the MC and his regression.
It’s clear you do not understand much and I’d tell you to drop it if it’s not your cup of tea.
First of the MC in his original timeline was talented in magic analysis but was pitifully weak for his talent since his talent was wasted in beta class.
The MC has basically already changed the timeline by the following things
1) He beat Adjest in the entrance exam.
2) He formed his party.
3) He made it to the Alpha Class as a single ranker with his party.
4) He has stopped the Outsiders stealing a magic gem.
5) He has a sponsorship with Joad Exarion and the Tower of Magic.
6) He’s entered a shadow world with his party that he has never done in the past.
All he has brought from his original timeline is 13 years worth of experience, 3 years at the academy beta class then 10 years of which was when he was stuck in the Shadow World.
He has certain knowledge of events in that Shadow World that opens in 3 years time. And events that happened during his academy.
He’s already drastically changing the timeline and is winging it.
He is simply trying to get his party stronger, quickly surpass his previous self, and work on forging a better future where more people survive.
