Apparently, whatever possessed Brandall seems to hold a grudge against Eldora. The dragons possibly didn’t betray her from their own volition either.
Is it that incoming calamity they were talking about in the first chapters ? Taking down the strongest beings, especially a holy dragon or whatever with strong healing abilities, would probably be the first step from some demonic being to ensure mankind wouldn’t be able to resist…
Also, what’s with the ridiculous amounts of gold for the smallest goods ? I mean, are their mountains entirely made of gold, or what ? It makes sense to use much cheaper and common metals such as copper or iron for cheap currencies, then silver for more expensive goods, and reserve gold and/or platin in small or reasonable quantities for the really expensive ones, where wheelbarrows of cheaper curencies would otherwise have to be used, right ?
