This is definitely a reverse outcome than what Naofumi from ‘The Rising of the Shield Hero’ is.
While Naofumi is betrayed by Princess Melty and became gruffer as the story became, here MC betrayed by his fiancé but turn into a more positive character as the story progressed.
I won’t doubt that both character will have harem though as Naofumi in the novel have lots & lots of slaves. MC also have a slave right now.
