A big prison. I can’t get people who admire living in an apartment or anything with a “box” slotted in a multiple floored building. No neighbors, no bird people cat wind noise, no quick access to touch grass. A hell-like of place to living in. 
He’s sad for getting that ticket? He dumb or what? That solved his problem from using the insane LSSR.
He will use that ticket and his world ending summon to save a doomed country.

MC will probably use that ticket in a soon doomed country just to save it so that apocalypse will not happen
