I’m actually really glad there’s finally an artist who isn’t hellbent on making the MC’s parents look middle-aged/old af. You see this in so many damn manhwa and manhua, where the setting is in a world where the stronger you are, the longer your lifespan is.
Nevertheless, even if the parents are presumably in their 40’s, and their current cultivation/martial realm grants them a lifespan of ~1,000 years, they still depict them as “middle-aged” in appearance, which is absolute bullsh*t to me.
