whats so edgy about making someone kneel? or people usually have so low self esteem that make them feel edgy?
Its so high profit to make subordinate that it could be even better to make tournament in this big group. The winners would be allowed to be awakened(some second time) and become loyal subjects. At this point he should become like ceo or smth, making manager, top-managers, awakened, High-rank awakened e.t.c. is starting to be needed. Or military structure actually could be good, assigning loyals firstly as lieutenants and most capable as captain, others who do fighting as cadets, structure can grow bigger anyway
