I always wondered why the government never was involved. The only time we saw the government was during Nano.

If the government accept to not intervene, it’s basically saying that the blood cult is just another martial arts force like the murim orthodox and that either one of them is the same. It even give justification/option for the government to ally with whichever the winner of their conflict is, as long as they do not harm civilians. That’s how I see it but am I too conceited ?
