The night and noble lady, there was many romance stories from that era this comic is based on, but overall, that was more fantasies about romancing that higher ranking person and yet it is a forbidden fruit to even attempt to romance someone in real life. Back then, marriages were more a political thing, then anything else, a merger of two companies, no love or romance was involved.
