Why did the art get so much worse? The faces look weirder, their stances are awkward, and the proportions are off. They even lost consistency of what the tower looks like

Sooo … they encountered a bunch of stars that form a pattern if seen from earth. And only from earth.

Why did author make the story way less serious? The very first trial to get into the academy was deadly, where people could die on the spot, and now the death of some random unnamed student off screen is some big tragedy that had to get the authorities involved? That isn’t the story I began reading, what happened?
I really do hope that the professor isn’t the killer. This ain’t a spoiler, I’m just saying. Cause she seems… Sus…

That constellation was a scammer instead of its’ title being: The thousand eyes of observation, its’ title was: The ‘Observer’ of the thousand eyes implying they aren’t in control of the thousand eyes.
The [ Monk of Scriptures ] finds you lower beings unsettling too.
Ugh another one with constellations. I hope they won’t be involved too much with their constant yapping.
