I love how Zinc is going to cultivate a whole crew of sexy battle maids to look after his household Lol! It’s a brilliant idea!
Yeah, I have a feeling Herbert even though he looks like a psychopath murder machine. Will end up as a good buddy of Zinc and crew in the long run. His character is too unique and cool looking to be an actual long term villain. Plus he doesn’t look like the scheming type. He looks more like the “I want to fight you just to see how strong you are!” type. Most villains in these kinds of stories look like slimy weasels. He looks like a raw fighter! They wouldn’t draw a cool unique looking dude like him to just to end up discarding him after a handful of chapters of messing with Zinc. He’ll probably mess with Zinc for a bit to have some fun and test his capabilities and when Zinc ends up wiping the floor with him, he’ll become a good ally/friend. Plus his clan name doesn’t sound nefarious. Bad guys have nefarious sounding clan/guild names. Like the “Depths of Purgatory” clan. I knew they were going to be a problem for Zinc right from the start when they said their name. “Emissaries” doesn’t sound malicious like bad guy clans names usually are. That’s my honest guess. Let’s see if I’m right!

Last but not least, I truly like the leashing with healing magic… they’ll have to suffer maximum pain while unable to die

A young adventurer who was recently richly rewarded, probably the fastest to ever reach S-rank, who is only just establishing his own clan, who brought down a major clan all on his own with minimal resources and a few lucky connections, and on top of all that, an Enchanter. Did rumor of him being the illegitimate son of a King get around yet?
