With an enchant of 151, he should be able to create some legendary grade magic items for the army vanguard. A couple max level gauntlets, boots etc. of defense, sword craft, athletics should make them a few unstoppable front liners for the conflict with fallen whatevers. Make a few saint class healing baubles should make the field hospitals force multipliers over time since the enemy doesn’t care about their soldiers. Add a couple enchanted wands to the mage corps used in rotation should allow them to mow down the enemy ranks before the army even engages. So broken if they take time to prep, the more time the stronger they can make even low level personnel.

Flooding a market with valuable items won’t make more food, tools or anything else. It would just decrease the price of those valuable items ..
