“Crusher” here is a reference to the Japanese idiom “circle crusher”, which is someone who joins groups or teams and causes them to break apart by generating conflict between the established members, normally by flirting or dating more than one member. It’s understood as a destructive behaviour, but not necessarily malicious; the circle crusher may not be aware what effect they are having, or they may live to destroy relationships, or anything in between
