I am just a bit confused about the last 2 chapters
Weren’t 1 Star pioneers the norm (like recruiter girl), with a few capable 2 Stars and occasional higher levels (leader positions)?
Now there is a full 2 star party that considers itself weak.
I feel like I missed something
