Bruh this is so forced 🤦‍♂️ you’re seriously telling me the elder not only said such a confidential secret out loud, but he also couldn’t even tell the dude was there until he heard a noise?? What kinda weak elder is he. If even someone that far below him in strength could sneak up on him, what would happen if someone of the same realm tried to assassinate him?? He would’ve been dead

I really do hate these sham marriages in manhua. We’re married but don’t touch me! Give me a break already. While I understand that marriages like these were more for political reasons, it’s still portrayed stupidly in manhuas. It would be better if she was just a fiancee since newlyweds aren’t usually scared to sleep together.
