And why hasnt he used lightning ONCE (not the speed skill) but his heretic god thunder seed.

There was NO MENTION of any cultivating the thunder seed or the star god inheritance.

Literally only the heretic demon/shadow seed (of course, right when it was absolutely necessary for the plot to go on. Ie, he was dyin??? Yet it was resolved in a few panels like whatever)

They’re really rushing to end this. Need more cultivation.
