MC is really dumb tho, not only Jasmine before going back to this realm mentionned that even if he followed she might not be there anymore should have been a big indicator that her life was at risk, she always talked about how she hate her father which also should make him want her away from this guy if he really cares about her, lastly when she rushed to have him marry Caizhi, it was obvious she was doing it to have him care of her!
It’s like the author makes the mc detestable on purpose, first with the lack of honor and cheating, being lazy with the tournament even tho she clearly told him to get stronger, yet this piece of shit didn’t give a fuck until the last moment, then now also being surprised by all this when it was clear that from the beginning what he had to do is become the strongest to take and protect everything and everyone!!! It’s really frustrating that an author makes the mc such a dislikable pussy.
