alright since i suck at names imma make up some to explain my opinion
the sniper of mc’s sect , the dude that lost his spiritual roots = A
A’s family = B
the sect mc sells pills to = C
ok now thats done
we did hear that B’s main method of business is cultivating herbs and mining
so far mc is buying bulks of herbs from C
and C says he has business with B to the point he even brought it infront of mc
if we connect the dots
it might be that C was buying herbs in bulk from B and selling it to mc
since mc told C not to do business with B
that gonna take a toll on B
whereas C can just buy herbs from any sect ( ahh pleasures of being the customer instead of the seller while buying common stuff )
