Okaaaay i call out that grandpa of mc is the best physcian and poisen master who poisened the ghost, that’s why this random grandpa was marcked by one of the strongest experts, he wasn’t a random grandpa.
And mc is probably one of his past experiment to make the perfect body and mind using différent methods.
He looks exactly like Muzaka from Noblesse 
Guy looks like a younger version of the demon sect master from Peerless Dad and Red Moon. Right? Right? Anybody? 😛
