I feel like this story is just ticking off boxes. Bandit attack right away then clueless MC just let’s a girl dictate his actions because he “borrowed” money from her. If it were me I would have just told her to kick rocks if she tried to take it back. Minecraft powers and the guy rents a room at an inn instead of building a shack in the woods? What??? A tree takes 3 swings of a rock axe. You’d have a fully equipped shack within 30 minutes at that rate.
