I suspect he is going to try to pair his daughter up with the MC, brushing aside the female lead. In his eyes that will gain him all of Miyabi’s capabilities, at his beck and call. Best bet? Miyabi, Liz and Mel will likely form a party/household, and skip off to where the nobles/royalty cannot find/reach them. Possibly adding one other, like the young crafter Miyabi was training.
