It’s insanity to rent this place without even looking inside. And to rent instead of buy. Miyabi is gonna end up fixing this place up, and if this operates like the real world the landlady’s gonna jack up the prices once the place is upgraded (or evict them!)

I find it more unbelievable that the price of the land is not directly tied to its size in, what she emphasized, what was a walled city *shrug*
