Is the author going to bring up some ridiculous condition to steal skills, why isn’t he getting skills of those who killed?
Also a set of professionals (including a senior cop) trying to make living as shinobis, even going to lengths of making a Shinobi town, didn’t hide their identities well and safe place a secret. This plot hole is too blatant to be ignored.
Why not take all the skills from all the so called heroes too ?
These so called heroes are the actual villains and criminals who just end lives of people who just were unlucky to get random no sense class.
I hope he get powerful enough to steal souls and their mana.

It’s pretty lame how everyone is a caricature. I don’t wxpect nuanced goons with backstories, but when all they can talk about are people’s assumed classes and being “trash”… it”s dumb. At least show some concern for Taro over there bleeding out.
