Can’t shoot civillians… in a ‘zombie apocalypse’…? Mmmmm.let me think… They’ve had to run away from the populated areas or they would have been killed by the walking dead, but theythink it’s still business as usual and that they have authority over soldiers ? They need to realise that the old rules aren’t in effecy any more.
In special circumstances, martial law is above all laws. And that means civilians obey like cattles. In such cases, there is NO SUCH THING AS HUMAN RIGHTS. If there is, there is NO NEED for martial law.
You can’t shoot a civilian. Well civilians have no place to be in a military base so they have all the rights to shoot who ever in the military base.
