Remember when they mentioned that Beth was pregnant? yeah, i think its the child of the both the piercer and the bullseye working for the demon army as of current. he or she is the arcane sniper for sure.
It would be hilarious if the other two teleported to him one after another and did a team rocket introduction.

My speculation is the arcane sniper is the Mr brown and Elizabeth’s son/daughter

I think Brown and Elizabeth are not betrayed no brown Demon king offered arcane bullet and retreat of demon army bicause human side no chance for winning human side win with miracle i guess
There high chance that Demon king have arcane bullet in his hand demon king is related Demon God at least
Luger will agree
After all, his main goal is to get hold of the arcane bullets/defeat the Arcane Sniper
Although betrayal is to be expected, he will probably use MC for tracking as he probably wants to fight by himself instead of fighting with MC and Browless(Or steal the Arcane Bullets when MC and Browless are fighting the Arcane Sniper)
MC and Browless aren’t dumb and will expect Luger to betray them soon
Luger is either an Unexpected Ally or an obvious Traitor
Well, they ARE the tree musketeers.
So they are supposed to work together.
