Yep, called it back when he broke the weapon. He was going to get a new barrel made with rifling. Not sure what benefit there is for a pistol stock for a rifleman, but this series takes a lot of crazy turns, and more than a few plot holes

If building a gun is possible then why he doesn’t get a 9mm pistol?

He said ppl.can have 2 production skills? He should learn blacksmithing or artifcing and create an actual sniper rifle
