if you train AI model with all someones memories and put it in robot looking like that person, is it that person?

Think about it. A person without his or her memories… is NOT the same person. Technically if you died in a sea accident that nobody knows BUT a clone of you, with all your exact same character, emotions and memories, appears instantly later… YOU are alive. Does it matter to the whole fkin world your original self is dead? NOBODY CARES.

Okay so ship of Theseus goes one step further than stated: say you have a ship and it’s parts Rot over time and you replace every part with a new piece. Is that the same ship if it is not made of the original parts, the second part is what happens if you repair the broken parts and make the ship again from those repaired/healed parts, now you have two ships so which is the original, which is the fake, or are they both the same ship?
In this case of the monster with human form I believe them to be the original cause although the cells and whatever have been replaced its been reverted to being the father

Well, to be fair, humans change all cells in their bodies every 7 years. So every 7 years you are a new human. What actually defines a person is what is in his brain, his memories

Remember the Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus game? Blazkowicz’s head gets cut off and is transplanted to a new body… This Theseus ship stuff made me remember…
Will that monster revert back to his former-self or stays human from now on?
Also… Author-sama, you don’t know how to create drama. Just let clone 2 take in the monster and make her resent him. Yeah, it is “not nice”, but if there is one thing I learned from all the “good” stories: you can’t always have, what you want.

Kinda idiotic statement 🤔. It’s different, if every part of it is replaced, that’s mean it’s something else. If only few part are change, that means it’s still a original being.
