so the system killed everyone and uploaded their consciousness to the system so they can live eternally and the bugs wouldnt be able to use them as energy sources anymore.

I feel like this might get a bit convoluted with those bug people who invade Tybern. I think the system is going to be corrupted by those things, but in essence, the system is fighting off their invasion into its system, and both forces are trying to integrate everyone into the system.

Alright I think this is a system vs system thing. Rivers system is killing people and matrixing them into a pseudo heaven so river and Elisa can have their “perfect life”. Then there’s the bugs system as we saw on tybern something is creating and commanding them which could be what the cataclysm was. So there’s actually two threats to deal with or three because I don’t know what jumpers deal is.
