The stats make no sense. He was playing up increase of a couple of points like it’s a significant change but then double strength is just a little more and easy to deal with. If that 19-23 change was so noticeable different then MC should be red mist by now from that 50+ strength hit.
Seriously, don’t use numerical stats if you don’t make them make sense.
