Honestly just when you think the plot is moving in one direction (Luka and being a watcher), the author adds another complimentary element (Heilas’s emotions and personal mission) that shifts the direction and never lets me predict what’s gonna happen next.

ngl, i thought Nick was gonna be a major player in the plot….. aaaaaaaaaaand… he gets killed off-screen in like what? 10-15 chapters
