It seemed like he was about to kneel, then he wondered if he had some family ties to the little twink. I might be overthinking this but… Didn’t he just have a crazy doctor replace several parts of his body, like his eyes in his head? That scene felt really suspicious. Could it be that he’s got some kind of implant that’s affecting his mind?
