So is that the end of the series? I mean I guess they resolved everything and there are no more conflicts, so it is A stopping point….. but I want more
So if the old man and his party are already down to floor 25, but they can barely stand a chance against an un-awakened wind dragon (without the stupid debuff for a boss raid) then the siblings being able to take down an awakened god-serpent means that they could probably easily get to floor 50 if not further

why didn’t they use the Resurrection potion on their mom?
The old man had too little screen time, not a good enough backstory, wasn’t built up hard enough, didn’t develop a good enough relationship, and didn’t have any redeeming qualities. I think that it would’ve been better if haru and touka were knocked out and the old man fought to protect them(yes rengoku style), but I’m not a writer and it’s a little cliche.
