Given how the MC is still at this level, I seriously doubt that the extermination of the Soul Vermins will happen withing chapter 376, the latest chapter currently out… Just why is it that the starter main enemy has to be so unreasonably overpowered?
I mean, they were behind the kidnapping of the MC’s father when they were all overwhelmingly weak, if they really wanted to, no one could have escaped their immeasurably extensive net, they could have sent a Dou Zun (Venerate), or even a Dou Zheng (Saint) and everyone would have been captured in a matter of seconds. They are just stupid.
They had all the chances in the world when the MC was in the very first realms and when they kidnapped his father, yet they are always so sloppy.
The only thing they have in their favor is being unreasonably absolutely overpowered.
But their intelligence is so low, they can’t ever accomplish anything.
They could have used 0.000001% of their power when the MC was weak, yet they are retarded to the point they can’t even do that.
Meanwhile the MC will eventually catch up with them and erase them from the world forever. Failures, absolute failures as villains, overly annoying, but to stupid for the role.
