I now have a better understanding of ranks (Thank you ever present summaries… so beast ranks = their line -1 (so the 1st line is not considered a beast? Or just “mortals”?)
So the MC is fighting an entity 4 full ranks above him. Logic wants that even if he uses 10000% of his power, he won’t be able to cut a hair of someone 4 full ranks above him… it just doesn’t make sense…
