Why do they treat it like it’s it normal in South Korea to hit or violently grab a coworker/subordinate?

By it’s settings it should change to Chōsen … Because the Japanese take over during that time… Saying Joseon is still making me think of the traditional Hanbok and stuff… The time period is different… The HAT is different!!! 🤠
