The big one could be Mensab
(the only other being awake aside Cibo is a tiny toy-AI and a very big one = like Mensab was an AI for an entire industry) and the abandoned storage is the one she was talking about when we last saw her with Seu disappearing. She said to Killy that all the lost humans remained with her as data and it would take an eternity to revive their lives. The Toha got destroyed so I guess the related AI got destroyed too and with her the knowledge of an existing temporary storage of all the humans under her care. The mentioned disaster here could reffer to the failed teleportation of toha heavy industries, not the one causing the disconnection to the net sphere.
