I understand the plot, but I feel like the mc should be trying to be better out of his own will instead of being forced by the “system” when that guy was so thankful to him I couldn’t shake this thought that he abandoned you, only saved you because of plot armor trial or whatever…maybe the trails should have appeared after he decided to save the dude despite the “certain death” outcome. just my opinion..
