Everyone else seems to be really enjoying the manga but I just can’t seem to get over what the original story was for some reason

MC and his nemesis are full-on tweaking out. It’s Hilarious HAHAHHA 
This somehow reminds me of Fire Punch, not the setting itself but the way how people with superpowers fight and the outcomes of those battles.
