Everything in Boruto seems to be too hasty. We waited for 5 years since itachi first appeared until his true motives known. Few months between hidan, kakuzu and his deaths
Why dont those 2 divine trees do a bit of missions, beating some jounin up, before getting beaten up by children?

That’s a classic trap by Ryu. I mean who wouldn’t suspect them that yodo is directing killing intent nonstop. So, any sane person would suspect them and she has one job to wait patiently… Disappointing…

I don’t think Ryu plan was smart because Boruto is more than capable of simply taking his thorn Bulb and using FTG to escape.
