so let me get this straight…mc paid the dude to let him take the test then after receiving the money the guy who had no business with mc decided to be an ahole and mess with mc…why should it matter what mc does as long as he gets paid?

I hate it the most when authors brutally force antagonistic characters. Like, it’s fair for that dude to be frustrated by the MC’s persistence, but to make it seem like that guy thinks the MC is his life-death, all-out enemy is damn ret@rded.
