I was expecting at least 1 person to be compatible with the gas and actually gain powers from it like being able to shoot golden spikes only to be captured by the bad guy to make endless gold

I hate the MC being so soft for some random noob nerd that he have saved 2 times. Never mind that the guy wants a free meal from the mc like he deserves it or something. Want to get rich fast without doing any work.
MC not really realistic fellow too when he meets a guy like this and help him out or pay for the pat while have worked construction at day and some service work at nigh for 5 years. How do a person even have that type of mind set where he works hard and then get scammed and then would help a useless garbage like that dude who want to get rich fast
