I would let the entire city crumble and then tell them welcome to the same stage you used to disregard and treat us like ants now you in the same stage

I’m a bit confused. The leader is a class 10 and the other two are class 17, but he wouldn’t be able to handle a class 5… but he has no worries about a class 15… and the guide is going to pick a route to avoid anything over class 11… I take it then that the strength levels get higher as the number gets smaller… level 1 being the highest ?
