So i believe lvls slow down the closer they get to the next stage and then after the stage evolution it speeds up a lil. So even tho lvl 41 is higher than lvl 39, lvl 41 is easier to lvl up since he evolved right before hand while lvl 39 hes about to. Example- lvl 39 needs 500 million xp to reach lvl 40 while lvl 41 needs 100 million to reach lvl 42. Makes sense? like the Runescape how lvl 92 is halfway to lvl 99 in terms of xp. Thats my reasoning to not be annoyed AF with the weird level system
Dmn it didn’t even take a week to catch up 
ngl. There was some TLDR moments… but not too many…. Just isn’t really that complicated so nothing to really ponder over and so I breezed through this much faster than other ones I’ve read….
I’d say he got the gentlest slap down he could possibly have gotten and the dean told him how it was straight up if he’s still belligerent or disrespectful after that he deserves a genuinely bad end.

I found this story arc in the novel rather boring.
Wonder if we’re about to learn more about why MC was reincarnated into this world and how it relates to our world.
That said, I really don’t care about it that much about that particular story thread, everything else is so much more interesting and fun.

ATP I’ve given up on stuff making sense. I just read it and don’t give a shit to all the plot holes. So it takes mc killing millions of demons to reach lv 40 but yiyi is also lv 40 while doing nothing? Oh well
